| Mr. John is the President and CEO of Dundee Resources Limited. Mr. John has 10 years mining engineering experience in engineering technical services, operations and project evaluation on base metals and gold projects and 15 years of resource focused financial services experience including: research analysis for buy and sell side institutions; new issue corporate finance; mergers and acquisitions advisory and transaction analysis; private equity finance; and fund management. In addition to being the chairman and director of Ryan Gold Corp., Mr. John is a director and/or officer of several publicly-listed companies including the following:

| Shawn Ryan President | ||
| Mr. Ryan grew up in Timmins Ontario and began his career in exploration in the early 80's working with Kidd Creek Mine's geophysics team. It is here, that he began to understand the science of geochemistry and exploration techniques. Mr. Ryan moved to the Yukon in '91 and until 1996, harvested wild gourmet mushrooms with his wife and business partner Cathy Wood. As a self-taught prospector, Ryan saw an opportunity with science, to research the Yukon for its mineral potential. Through his advanced soil sampling techniques, Ryan made his first discovery with the White Gold project optioned by Underworld Resources in 2007 and acquired by Kinross Gold Corp in 2010. Mr. Ryan is also responsible for the discovery of gold at the Coffee project, which he optioned to Kaminak Gold Corp. With these discoveries, Ryan began what is known as the largest staking rush the Yukon has seen in 100 years. With approximately 35,000 claims to his name, he continues his hunt for the next mineral deposit in the Yukon. He has been honoured with the Yukon Chamber of Mines Prospector of the Year in 1998, the 2010 Prospector of the Year by the BC/Yukon Chamber of Mines and in 2011 he received the PDAC Bill Dennis award for prospecting success with a Canadian discovery. | ||
| David Schmidt Vice-President Corporate Development and Director | ||
| Mr. Schmidt completed his bachelor of applied science (mining) at the University of British Columbia in May, 2000, and since then has been working as a self-employed consultant to mineral exploration companies. He assists with financings, corporate and financial disclosure and corporate development. Mr. Schmidt is also currently a director and the president of Newmac Resources Inc., a director and chief executive officer of GFE Capital Corp. and Oceanside Capital Corp., and a director of Waymar Resources Ltd. | ||
| Michael B. Skead Chief Executive Officer and Director | ||
| Mr. Skead was the President and CEO of Valdez Gold. Mr. Skead has gained extensive exploration experience in a variety of commodities around the world. He was the exploration manager for SAMAX and was instrumental together with his team in the discovery of the Kukuluma and Matandani gold deposits in the Geita district, Tanzania. This eventually led to Ashanti Goldfields acquiring SAMAX in the late 1990's. Mr. Skead was the exploration manager and later VP Exploration for Banro Corporation based in Bukavu, DR Congo. He was responsible for reinitiating and fast tracking the Banro exploration programme that has resulted in the current development of the Twangiza mine and pre-feasibility study at the Namoya project. Mr. Skead has a BSc Geology and BSc Honours from the University of Cape Town, South Africa as well as a MSc in Exploration Geology from Rhodes University, Grahamstown, South Africa. | ||

| Mr. McRae, a Chartered Accountant, is President and CEO of Freedom International Brokerage Company, Canada's largest Inter-Dealer Broker. Mr McRae's earlier career involved four years in Abu Dhabi as a Financial Administrator for an engineering firm before joining the investment dealer Wood Gundy, first in the Treasurer's office in Toronto, and subsequently as a bond trader in New York. Mr. McRae is also a director of Corona Gold Corp. | ||
